Golly Galoshes
Golly Galoshes is the creation of one lady, Jean Hammond-Rumbold. Jean has a lifetimes experience riding and competing horses nationally and internationally. Her love and commitment to the welfare of all horses has always been paramount. She created these Hi Vis gaiters initially for her endurance horse, solving many of the problems faced during their long rides; vizability, wet boots often causing rubbing / soreness and dirty boots / bandages to name just some.
The Gaiters serve two important and usefull purposes.
- Safety : These gaiters help us to fulfil our responsibility and duty to ensure to the best of our ability that our horses are safe in all areas, especially on the roads and trails where we interact with drivers / low flying aircraft and all other manner of dangerous distractions.
- Comfort to the horse : They will help keep your horse or pony clean, dry and comfortable in its work, whatever the weather as well as keeping the boots worn under them clean and dry, preventing the need for constant washing, that can often decrease the quality and effectiveness.
