The products use rare earth magnets made from baron, ferite and a rare earth metal called neodymium. This alloy metal holds its full strength for 15 years! The magnetic field of the products that Harpley Equestrian manufacturer have a strength of 2000 gaus, able to penetrate up to 6" / 15cm.
