Acceptance
On making a purchase from our website, www.anythingequine.co.uk you indicate that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected). Please read them carefully and we would recommend that you print a copy for your records. We advise you that we reserve the right to, at any time, revise our terms and conditions without notice. Please review our terms and conditions regularly.
Pricing and Delivery
We endeavour to deliver within 3 – 5 working days and will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer. At times of exceptional demand or out of our control delivery issues this may take longer, up to 21 days. A signature will be required upon delivery, unless advised otherwise by the customer (delivery will be made by recorded delivery via the Post Office, Royal Mail Online or Business Post). Business Post and Royal Mail Online offer a tracking service on all deliveries. We endeavour to make every effort to carry all items in stock for prompt dispatch but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours with a revised delivery date. We can not be held responsible for compensating you for any loss you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed as an incorrect price due to a typographical error or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. We reserve the right to charge an additional postage cost if incurred due to the customer not choosing the correct location for delivery. We can not guarantee a time of delivery but will endeavour you receive your delivery as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection of the goods should they miss the first attempt. There is space during the order proces to enter delivery requests if you should think you will not be there to recieve the items ordered. If delivery advice is not offered and delivery or your order is missed we reserve the right to charge any costs incurred to Anything Equine for repeated delivery attempts and for parcels returned to us. We will refund the items cost minus the delivery costs and 20% restocking fee. Anything Equine can not be held responsible for none receipt of items where the customer has entered the wrong delivery details.
Postage rates:
All prices shown on www.anythingequine.co.uk are where applicable inclusive of VAT and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges will be shown separately during the order process.
Charges for delivery are as follows;
Standard Delivery Charge up to 1kg - £4.99
Delivery Charge up to 2kg - £5.20
Deliveries over this will be calculated on size and weight.
We try to keep costs as low as we can for our customers and will always endeavour to sent items as quickly and cost effectively as we can.
Orders Placed after 12 noon Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday and we aim for you to recieve your delivery within the stated delivery times, although at times when delivery may take longer we will aim to contact you.
Stable Equipment / Bulky Items, Delivery and Returns
We will advise you of delivery costs (should your delivery exceed 12 kilos). Due to the nature of these items we will endeavour to contact you prior to delivery.
Goods Damaged or Faulty in transit
On signing for your delivery from Business Post / Post Office, please ensure you check you have received the correct number of parcels and that you make a note of any apparent damage to any of the parcels. This must be noted in your consignment note. Ensure your parcels are opened immediately and carefully check the contents as you must inform us within 3 days of any damage or discrepancy i.e. incorrect goods.
Goods Lost in transit
Anything Equine will accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 working days from the expected delivery date (average 3 days).
Returns Policy
In compliance with Trading Standards and Distance Selling Regulations (DSR's), Customers can take advantage of the 'Cooling Off Period' only if we are informed within 7 days from receipt of the goods. This should be in writing, or in another durable medium such as email, that they wish to return goods. Upon which, a refund would be issued. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Non sale / reduced price goods in perfect condition, with any labels on, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase may be returned within 28 days from the date we are informed of the return. All returns are subject to a handling fee if the reason for return is due to an incorrect choice of item by the customer or in compliance with DSR's the customer has not taken 'good care' of the items whilst in their posession. If this is the case we reserve the right to issue credit for the remaining amount. Once an item has been worn or used it can not be returned unless the item is found, by the manufacturer, to have a fault. This does not effect your statutory rights. In compliance with Trading Standards and DSR's returns will be made as soon as possibly, within 30 days at the latest. Customers returning goods to us with no writen notification within 7 days of receipt will not be able to take advantage of the 'Cooling Off period', each case will be handled individually and a commercial decision made at our discression.
Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to handle any horse clothing or horse equipment unless it is completely clean and dry, therefore any items worn by a horse cannot be returned unless believed to be faulty. We also cannot accept any returns on riding hats, body protectors or underwear due to health and safety reasons. It is recommended that you contact us if unsure of the returns policy we follow before returning items. Sale / reduced price goods returned will be dealt with on an individual basis, usually issuing store credit if applicable.

Faulty Items
If a faulty item is recieved or is not the items ordered we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Wrong or faulty items must be returned within 14 days. We would ask you contact us on reciept of faulty or wrong orders. Once an item has been worn or used it can not be returned. Under no conditions should any goods damaged or faulty through poor workmanship or materials continue to be used. By doing so you are accepting the condition of the goods. In these conditions items may have to be sent to the manufacturer for testing please allow 28 days for this process. If a zip should be faulty (structural functuionality impared) these will be accepted back on an individual basis for inspection by the manufacturer of the item and a replacement zip fitted.
Exchanges
We are willing to exchange items. We will post to you replacements on receipt of the original goods in perfect condition, with all labels on and in its original packaging. The buyer would have to cover postage costs. It is recommended you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the post office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any damage. We will be unable to compensate for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers wishing to exchange items will be required to cover all postage costs. It is recommended that you contact us if wishing to exchange items.
Buying a Product
You buy a product by utilising the functionality built within the store, we do not store any of your financial information (such as credit card details), these are all processed securely off site with our primary payment handler (currently www.sagepay.com).
Log-In
Logging in to the store allows you to keep track your orders, previous orders and save address details, this is a mandatory function of the site. By registering and logging into Anything Equine you allow us to include your name on our mailing list, please be assured that this will never be sold / passed to third parties.
Warranty Information
Most items appearing on www.anythingequine.co.uk have a manufacturers warranty which is passed directly to the customer. Anything Equine has no control over the terms of the warranty if your product is faulty on delivery. Please refer to the ‘Goods Damaged’ or ‘Faulty in Transit’ sections.
Disclaimer
Please note that you use this website at entirely your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for disruption, damage or loss of data on your computer system which occurs during or because of the use of the www.anythingequine.co.uk website. We will try to offer you helpful and honest advice but the decision to purchase, lies ultimately with the customer. In no way can we be held responsible for any consequences relating to any products purchased from the website. We aim to provied accurate descriptions and images of the products for sale through Anything Equine but in the event that an accurate image is not available the most suitable image will be used in its place.

It is recommended by Anything Equine that the customer prints out a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference but no permission is granted for these terms and conditions to be used in any other capacity without our prior permission.
Trading
Delivery times over the Christmas period may fluctuate due to manufacturers Christmas breaks. No orders are processed on a Saturday or Sunday.
Last Despatch Dates for Pre-Christmas Deliveries*
Last Dates for orders placed with Anything Equine to be delivered by 24th December;
Outside UK : Thursday 5th December**
Mainland UK : 16th before 11am**
Please note that the items must be in stock at the time of ordering and the order is completed before the cut off time on the stated dates. Any orders placed after the stated times / dates will be dispatched as soon as they are ready but cannot be guaranteed.
Orders received over the holiday period*** will be processed but nothing will be despatched until the 3rd January. We will endeavour to answer email queries over the holiday period. The office will be closed for telephone enquiries at this time.
Returns Policy for Goods Bought over the Christmas Holiday Period.
Goods purchased between the 16th November and 24th December can be returned (in addition to our standard returns policy) until the 13th January. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return items purchased between these dates you must inform us in writing prior to the 13th January. You then have until the 27th January to return the goods to us. Goods must be unworn, with all labels still attached and in product packaging. The customer is responsible for the return costs of these goods.
*Guaranteed delivery means that the goods will be despatched in time and on a service that is scheduled to be delivered by the 24th December at the latest. In the unlikely event that there is a delay / problem with your order you will be contacted. In the event that the delivery company experiences a problem/delay/person is not in to take delivery that causes a delay beyond our control we cannot be held responsible for it in any way. We will do our best to help resolve the matter as quickly but cannot compensate for late delivery
**Scottish Highlands, remote Scottish mainland, Northern Ireland, and Islands may take an extra working day to deliver so please order one day earlier than stated.
***Holiday period – Between 24th December and 3rd January. We will be in the office on 28th, 29th and 30th December processing orders and answering email queries.
Student Discount
Student discount can only be applied to items not already discounted or on offer. Discount can only be used alongside the use of a current student email address. We reserve the right to ask for further proof of being a current student. Full payment will be required before shipment of an order if proof of being a current student can not be verified upon request. There can be no returns on items purchased under this offer if correctly recieved. Faulty items can be returned.
Offers
Items made available on offer, either by the use of a coupon code or given by Anything Equine will run until their specified dates. Any products that may be offered will be subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer.
'10% off' weekend offers do not apply to items already discounted.
Free Delivery entitles user to free UK mainland shipping of £4.50 and requires a minumum spend of £65.00.
'xmasfeet' - runs from 15th-22nd December.
'January Sales Discount Code' - Can be used only once per customer, will only be availbale for use between 01-01-2012 00:00:01 and 27-01-2012 23:59:59, will be automatically applied when the contents of the shoppers basket reaches £30 and will deduct 5% from the cost of the total order.
Only one offer / coupon to run / be used per order.
Facebook Competitions
Competitions run until the date specified. Any entries after the specified time will not be counted. Only one entry to be counted per person.
Februarys fan of the month competition rail travel will only be paid by Anything Equine for mainland UK winners.
Video entries - we reserve the right to dismiss videos that include unsuitable / crude content.
Your Horse Voucher Code - Terms;
1. Voucher codes acquired due to subscription to Your Horse magazine are for a total amount of £20 individually.
2. The voucher code can only be used once per subscriber to Your Horse magazine.
3. The voucher is for use subject to spend. Upon ordering £60 (or more) worth of goods, £20 will be deducted from the total payable when the voucher code is entered.
4. These vouchers cannot be used by any person not subscribing to Your Horse magazine.
5. These vouchers are for use only on Anything Equine’s ‘online store’ and cannot be redeemed against items already discounted.
6. If any discounted items are included in the purchase order, the value of these discounted items will not contribute to the £60 benchmark needed in order to qualify.
7. Vouchers will be valid until 22nd March.
